Fairphone 4 256GB - Grey - Unlocked

Very happy with my fairphone 4. I have installed /e/os, which I had on my old phone, on it, so I have the same experience. The fairphone is a bit bigger and heavier than my S7 but I hope it will be robust and easy to repair to last as long as possible. The only downside to my order was the fact that it was sent by airmail, even though I had chosen a refurbished fairphone because of its durability.

I ordered a Fairphone 4 at the end of September 2024. It arrived very quickly and I started to configure it. After a number of difficulties (in my opinion due to Google explaining the configuration help incorrectly, but just in case, I'll mention it here), I was finally able to import my data from my old phone using my Google account. I then inserted my SIM card, and there was a problem: SMS and mobile data were working (a bit too well even for the latter lol, it's a shame you can't cut off mobile data in the same place as WiFi, light, location... but you have to go into the settings and disable their use) but not calls, whereas on my old phone everything was working normally. So I end up with a phone that can't make calls... I sent the parcel back to the reconditioner Bafodu and a week later I found out that the phone was irreparable and irreplaceable, so I got my money back. I wondered whether it had really been reconditioned the first time, given that the function that was having problems could hardly have been more basic, but then again, maybe it was just human error, as can happen. I went to the Back Market site and saw exactly the same phone for sale, but at €30 more... I would have liked them to replace my previous phone as Back Market could obviously replace the phone I bought from them, but never mind, I recommend the same Fairphone 4. Received today, very fast delivery again, I reconfigured the phone (strange, the guide to configure is different from the first time), everything still works well and insert my SIM card. So far there don't seem to be any problems on this side either, I hope it lasts and that there aren't any other problems that appear elsewhere either.

I'd had a first FP4 from my company, so I've got the same functions. I'm fully satisfied with this refurbished phone, everything works perfectly, the battery still works, even though it's second-hand. The phone was sent quickly and arrived intact. A very good experience.

The device is in perfect condition. However, I wanted to let you know that the delivery via DHL was a disaster. The delivery driver didn’t ring my doorbell (I was at home) and claimed to have phoned three times (I didn’t receive any calls). I had to tell a telephone chatbot where to leave the parcel. It was a very tedious and frustrating process. In the end, I received my phone two days after the estimated delivery date.

Received in good condition and the transfer from my old phone went very smoothly. We had a small network problem (I couldn't make a call when I put in my wife's SIM card, but it worked) but it seems to be my phone provider's fault.

The item is in order. However, I had a problem with the SIM card slot and wasn't sure whether it was my SIM card or the connector. I replaced my SIM with an eSIM and it works just as well.

The item corresponds to the advert and to what I am looking for. However, it said that the charger cable was supplied and this was not the case. The supplier said that they would only send a cable if we needed one. I think this is a very good approach and I didn't need it, so no problem, but this information should probably be displayed when ordering on Back Market.
