The computer, especially the processor fan, was extremely dirty, so that a "refurbishment" or inspection of the device is more than doubtful. The far bigger problem, however, is that the computer was offered and sold to us with 16 GB RAM, but only 8 GB RAM was installed. Whether this is an attempt to "rip us off" as a customer or just an oversight, which would also be extremely sloppy, is probably left to our imagination. But perhaps this is just an unfortunate isolated case, unfortunately already with our first order. We have never had this experience in our more than 50 orders with a similar reputable supplier.

One of the two PCs I ordered arrived with a defective fan. In addition, the installation of Windows was already complete, with a user created and some programmes pre-installed. I therefore had to reinstall everything myself. A pre-installation where you still have to click through the Windows setup would be desirable. The rest is fine and the return was no problem.
