Product in excellent condition, as expected. I have a small doubt about the battery life, but this may be due to the high definition of the screen (2.5k). Delivery was very quick (3 days), the packaging was very good and the product was delivered with its original charger, a USB C to A adapter (also original) and a generic carrying case (not great because it's too big, more for a 15-inch model, but the gesture is appreciated). The SSD has been changed as it's not the original brand according to the Dell website, so I imagine it's brand new. In conclusion, I'm really pleased with my purchase for the value for money.
