I'm as satisfied as ever with the backmarket service: choice, payment method, delivery. The computer arrived as described in the description: in perfect condition, and has been running smoothly so far.

Battery out of order, even though in the report in the parcel the battery is supposed to be at 100% and 0 charges. Invoice where the 21% VAT mysteriously disappears once you ask for a professional invoice.

Arrivé dans un état extérieur comme neuf, bien protégé par une bonne couche de papier bulle. Avec le chargeur comme il faut. Pas de soucis particulier à signaler pour le moment ! Seul petit bémol, le pc est arrivé non pas complètement réinitialisé mais avec un utilisateur 'test' déjà existant, j'imagine celui créé pour tester que tout était bon. Etant donné que c'était un utilisateur administrateur, je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen de créer mon propre profil et de supprimer celui existant. J'ai pu régler le souci en réinstallant complètement Windows (le profil admin était connecté sans PIN). Rien de dramatique donc, mais un peu gênant à l'arrivée. Sinon rien à signaler !

Good product, delivered quickly. The only problem is the delivery... to the office, then to a depot... with SMS / Mail that contradict each other...

J’ai reçu un ordinateur abîmé, la batterie est gonflée et déforme le clavier. Et pire, il y a des fissures sur le dos de l’ordinateur. Très déçu car l’article était vendu comme étant en très bon état…

Overall very satisfied with the product. However, it was described as "Perfect condition", with the few scratches: it is rather in "Very good condition".
