Easy order process. Delivery was spot on. Laptop is excellent for the price. Few slight marks on lid but that's all and really doesn't matter to usage! I actually received a better laptop than the one I'd ordered as it has touch screen - bonus! Would recommend this company and its products.

I bought an excellent condition model and it was in excellent condition. Almost brand new, but saved me a few quid going reconditioned. Highly recommended.

The condition is absolutely excellent! It says it’s “fair” but it actually looks almost brand new. Needed some very important driver updates which I had to do manually but luckily Dell has an app for that so it was relatively easy. Runs pretty well, fan is quite loud though and it gets quite warm. Recommended overall.

Great product and the quality is just right!

I've been using it for almost 3 weeks, so far so good. My first time buying here. Super light weight and definitely portable. The laptop looks very new even though it came with some scratches but no effect for using still looking very good and beyond my expectation. Only one thing that annoying me is the battery doesn't last long, it's can stay only 3-4 hours just for browsing around.

Condition was much better than expected! Everything runs perfectly. Great little laptop, perfect for my needs.
