Delivery was really quick. I'm afraid I'm very out of date about IT stuff now, but, as far as I can tell this laptop is really fantastic for the price. It's in pristine condition. I gave up on Windows after XL, so you can see how old I am! I'm actually a bit frightened that it speaks to my android phone, but being able to copy and paste between them is bloody lovely.

Let me start by saying that you shouldn't pester for reviews when the item has only just been received! The item needs to have been used and tested by the consumer in order to give an honest review. You might want to bear that in mind. Up to now, this laptop is living up to expectations, almost. The battery could be better. A compatible/third party battery would have cost you approx £35. Having said that, the battery is acceptable but not great. As for everything else, It's running nice and smooth. This is a first time experience for me purchasing from Back Market, and purchase/postage was quick and efficient, so thanks. Up to now I'm very happy and feel safe because of the one year guarantee. I'm a tech, and if it wasn't for the guarantee, I would never have bought this item. Thanks

Really pleased with this laptop. Even though I bought ‘fair’ condition it was very good to me with a couple of marks on the lid. Impressed with the quality and speed and my son, who helped me with the spec I needed, was impressed with the overall product and performance. I also have the details of the tech team that refurbished the laptop with a years guarantee. I will never buy new again.

I've just had my data transferred to this reconditioned laptop. I'm very happy with it so far, though my technician had to change it from American to standard English! It's fast and has a clear, & good-sized screen.

The computer is fine, but the battery only lasts a few minutes. I know that's normal, but I suggest you inform future customers that they should change the battery as soon as possible or raise the price a bit and install a new one before sending it to them.
