Really pleased with this laptop. Even though I bought ‘fair’ condition it was very good to me with a couple of marks on the lid. Impressed with the quality and speed and my son, who helped me with the spec I needed, was impressed with the overall product and performance. I also have the details of the tech team that refurbished the laptop with a years guarantee. I will never buy new again.

I've just had my data transferred to this reconditioned laptop. I'm very happy with it so far, though my technician had to change it from American to standard English! It's fast and has a clear, & good-sized screen.

Very good reconditioning, like new! Very fast! I'm a bit annoyed by the express black screens, which I think are linked to small updates.

Good in itself - I now find Microsoft quite intrusive - it was not possible to set up the operating system without a Microsoft account - impertinent and also intrusive. Technically, everything was fine.

Very satisfied with my purchase! Express delivery (Sunday afternoon / Tuesday morning). Just, 2 keys were reversed and impossible to contact the after-sales service just to receive these 2 keys (form just offers a refund or exchange). I would like to point out that the 2 keys are not the same size otherwise I would have made the change myself (* and ù keys).

Several Back Market orders and to date, never disappointed. Dell Latitude 5511 expected with I5 and win 10 pro, delivered with I7 and win 11 pro. Very good condition and delivered on time. Very satisfied, once again :-)

Received quickly (4 days after ordering). Conforms to the description, a slight scratch on the cover but nothing serious and does not prevent use. To my pleasant surprise, I received the 16GB ram version instead of the 8GB, which is pretty cool to have upgraded at no extra cost. Now we'll have to see how it holds up over time.
