Overall good. I still had several issues with the computer, but BackMarket was there to fix them. When I received it, I couldn't turn it on; it turned out the charger provided was defective. So I received a new, very old charger with a lot of dust, hahaha, but oh well. The battery doesn't have a great capacity, always have your charger with you! And then I realized that one of the stands under the laptop was broken, and thus spread black residue everywhere on the tables. Sending it back for that would take too long, and I really need the computer for my classes, so too bad for me...
