    Hi, seller wasn't true to the terms of warranty. Bought a Dell laptop and was still within the warranty period, the laptop had issues, I contacted them and was asked to send the laptop back which I did and I even took pictures. They replied by sending me pictures of a totally different laptop from the one I sent claiming it's damaged so they cannot repair or replace it. I had a chat with them saying those pictures are fake and lies but they just returned the laptop same way. Even when I received it there was nothing like the pictures they sent. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM.AGAIN. THEY ARE

    Battery life is 40 mins. Impossible to contact backmarket. Their email address is unmonitored. The order doesn't show in my account so I can't 'ask for help'.
