Hello, Indicating quality grades is not enough to expect the product you receive. Nothing beats photos of the product. In fact, I received a product in "acceptable" condition, which corresponds to marks or traces on the shell, and the same goes for the screen, even if you can't see the screen switched on or see dead pixels. Sad to say, I had to send the product back: having marks on the rear casing, that's fine, but the keyboard embedded in the screen, that's not: in multimedia with video streaming, the squares of the keys appear in the dark areas. I found it for £50 less, in mint condition, on the bon coin and the stylus was included. Buying blind is over for me. Or please update your site to show photos of the product rather than a generic image... Or photos and grades, why not. If you like, I can send you photos of the product.
