    I bought the Lenovo Thinkpad in "Fair" condition. It is absolutely fabulous. To be honest I think it is in almost perfect condition. There is a small mark on the screen which is barely noticeable in most lights. The battery lasts about 48 hours before charging. I only need it for light use, no gaming, very little streaming. I am absolutely thrilled with my new laptop!

    the seller took 3 days to prepare the computer for shipping... after that it was shipped from Poland to Italy and arrived in just over 12h with FedEx, impeccable tracking... The computer is as described, excellent condition, it seems more used now that I've been working on it for a week than when it arrived... the only negative thing is the Italian QWERTY keyboard with stickers on the keys, if I had known I would have bought one to replace it, because ThinkPads open easily... otherwise I'm very satisfied with the purchase!

    The laptop is great - super device, everything works perfectly, just like on a new device. Top recommendation for the refurbisher! It's fun to use the laptop, knowing that you've done something good for the environment. What's more, it's an unbeatable price for a device that is technically top-notch and also looks great. I am very happy with my new laptop and how the whole ordering process went here on BackMarket. Would definitely buy here again if I need a new device again! One small suggestion for improvement, which has nothing to do with the laptop itself: it would be great to know in advance which shipping service provider will be used - and even better if you could choose between different shipping options yourself. I would also pay a little more for that. Background: I had specified a delivery address that was not served by the service provider used for shipping (FedEx) (a DHL packing station) - unfortunately I didn't know this beforehand. Once the order had been placed, the dispatch was actually very quick, but FedEx itself then had lengthy problems clarifying the delivery, which required a lot of enquiries and commitment on my part - FedEx was not very customer-friendly.
