Rather disappointed, a first purchase on Back Market which resulted in a cancellation of my order by the seller even though everything had been validated! Back Market then gave me a discount for the second purchase (the positive point to remember). I've received the Crosscall action X5 but I'm quite disappointed with the service.... A supposedly refurbished product...There were still applications from the previous owner and above all, the phone "bugs" at times, it remains "stuck" on the current page without me being able to go back!

More promised than delivered, the casing is pretty worn and unfortunately the camera glass is slightly scratched. The poor rating is mainly due to the camera glass. The condition was described as very good. Battery and display are ok. Honestly : expected more, especially with the Action X5 the camera is a reason to buy ...
