Total waste of time. Item arrived in good time, but it is broken and does not work as described, the grind and tamp functionality does not work. After a live chat with a customer service rep I was told I would hear back within 24 hours, but 2 days later nothing and I tried the number I found online but it just says it is down due to planned maintenance - for 4 days in a row. I have requested a refund, and now have to send the machine back. As a small business owner this is such a waste of my time.

Product was delivered (at the second attempt), but has arrived near non functional The tamping does not work at all, and the machine is not set up properly, additionally sounding out an annoying buzzing noise. I have serious doubts about the quality of the refurbishment - it will be taken back and repaired so we will see if it is returned working at the end of this process - but an incredible waste of time overall so far
