L'appareil est arrivé en très bon état, quasiment neuf. Le fournisseur l'avait mis dans un carton avec plein de plastique bulle pour le protéger. Il y avait même une carte micro-SD fournie, de petite capacité, mais suffisante pour tester l'appareil. Bien-sûr, la sangle et une batterie étaient fournies aussi. Sur le coup, j'ai regretté l'absence de guide d'utilisation mais j'ai constaté sur le site de Canon que c'est normal. Même pour un appareil neuf, il faut le télécharger ! Bref, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu par mon achat.

I have been trying for more than a month to get a correct invoice for my order and so far it has not been possible. Really, this is the first time that something like this has happened to me, which makes me suspect that this is not a serious company. If you don't need an invoice you might be interested in placing an order here, but if you are a normal company that needs an invoice to justify the payment, don't order from BackMarket because they will be bothering you for a long time. They have sent me the same wrong invoice several times. And now they tell me that there is another invoice for something they call a trust kit that is also incorrect and they don't want to correct it.
