3.2/5the product arrived in good condition. unfortunately there are two problems 1- there is a white dot permanently present at the bottom centre of the image, like a dead pixel. this kind of defect is prohibitive and justifies the return on its own. 2- In some scenes, in almost all the films and videos I've tested, there are drops and rises in brightness across the entire screen, even outside the image, but across the entire area illuminated by the lamp, which is very visible, as if you were using the remote control to lower or raise the brightness by three levels.I'm not sure if this is due to a light object in the shot or simply a change in brightness between shots or in the same shot. I contacted Benq Europe who confirmed that this was a fault that was not related to the system update. without these two faults If I receive a new one in good condition it is obvious that my note would be excellent at the height of the quality of Benq products and Blackmarket prices.
