Looking for an HP EliteDisplay E233 monitor, I ordered a first monitor, to be in "Very Good Condition" for EUR 90.60, from this retailer "NLR", on 2 April 2024. My order was due to arrive on 5 April 2024. On 4 April 2024, seeing that my order had still not been dispatched, I contacted the retailer NLR (04 67 55 29 69) directly to find out what had happened to it. A condescending, rude and extremely unpleasant person, claiming to be the 'sales manager', quickly told me that I could only go through Backmarket if I had a complaint (which I fully understand). In the end, my order was cancelled on 5 April, the day of the originally scheduled delivery. So on 5 April I placed another order for a new screen, this time in 'Perfect Condition' for EUR 110.95. Again from the same retailer, in spite of myself... And in passing, quite by chance, I noticed that the screen in "Very Good Condition" at EUR 90.60, sold by NLR, was back on line... On 8 April 2024, I received the second screen I had ordered, which was supposed to be in "Perfect Condition". In the end, the screen was in pitiful condition. Scratches on the screen, scratches on the screen casing and all around, the stand isn't even scratched, but rather 'impacted'... And to top it all off, the stand wasn't even the right one - it was an EliteDisplay E232 stand, not a 233. In short, this retailer is anything but professional. In my opinion, this is the main quality you would normally expect from a retailer. My comment would certainly be less unpleasant if this 'sales manager' had shown a little more education.
