Hello, thank you for the good customer "aftercare". I have tested the machine, but there are a few issues that have made me decide to return it. Firstly, the 14" screen seems too small as in my old ThinkPad T61T I'm used to its 15.6" screen and this one has English language browser menus which would cause inconvenience for my wife who would have used this and for her it would become something of a language barrier. I've already traded in a less than a year old Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with a large screen and adequate memory. I need instructions on resetting and how to put it back to factory settings or do you have it done by actual experts? There is nothing wrong with the machine, but with certain features the old head is no longer very idle with new things. With thanks and a bow Heikki
