A disaster, the product still hasn't been delivered... It was damaged by the carrier during a first lunar delivery, we were not aware of this, the deliveryman came and left. They rescheduled a delivery, then cancelled it because the fridge was damaged, and it went back to the seller. As a result, we've never seen the fridge, which we ordered at the end of November, and no-one from Back Market has replied. We're asking for a refund so that we can buy a fridge from a serious supplier. You're putting us through a real ordeal in the run-up to Christmas, and we're extremely disappointed by your lack of customer service!
