Victim of a scam. I bought a reconditioned console that doesn't work at all. First big surprise, on the photo it looked clean but when I unpacked it, it had dents and above all it was yellowish. The least you can do is display a photo corresponding to the product you're buying. My second surprise was that when I first plugged it in, the console didn't work and went into error mode. After contacting the after-sales service several times for a refund, I'm at a dead end. I ended up having to send the parcel back for the 4th time because the retailer systematically refused the parcel. I should have been reimbursed after the 3rd time but still nothing. And here it is again, back to square one, the parcel comes back to me and I don't get a refund. Totally unreliable....
