Total disappointment.
I bought this device, which broke after just one use: it was not dropped, nor did it come into contact with water or anything else.
Not being a digital expert, I sent it back to understand and ask for help, but both the seller and Backmarket refused to help me.
Their reply was: "the device is broken and this is covered by the warranty, there's nothing we can do".
This means that they're not answering the question: why, in order to determine whether there was a previous problem, which is likely in the case of reconditioning.
This lack of investment and commercial sense is disappointing. This had to happen on my machine. I hope other customers don't have this misfortune. 350€ lost
