    Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

    I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

    Je suis globalement content de mon achat mais malheureusement sur mes derniers achats Backmarkets il y a de plus en plus souvent un petit défaut gênant au quotidien. Il ne faudrait pas que la baisse de qualité du reconditionné nous fasse reposer la question de son intérêt par rapport au neuf. Sur le MacBook Pro que je viens d'acheter la touche "3" présente une petite résistance anormale qui fait qu'il faut parfois s'y reprendre à 2 fois. C'est plus ou moins gênant en fonction de la saisi. C'est le type de défaut pour lequel on ne va pas renvoyer le matériel mais qui tout de même vous accompagne tous les jours. Par pitié, mesdames et messieurs les reconditionneuses·· eurs vérifiez mieux le matériel avant de nous l'envoyer !

    J'ai reçu le MacBook en moins de 2 jours, livraison au top. Le MacBook a été livré dans sa boîte d'origine, encore sous blister. La batterie est à 100% et n'a que 2 cycles de charge, ce qui est excellent. J'avais commandé un MacBook Pro 16 pouces en très bon état, il est en excellent état ! J'ai vraiment regardé le PC de près mais je ne vois aucune rayure que ce soit sur la coque ou toute autre partie du Mac. Impossible de le différencier d'un neuf. J'étais vraiment assez sceptique à l'idée d'acheter du reconditionné mais vraiment très agréablement surpris.

    I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. I was absolutely over the moon to not only receive an excellent condition model, already higher memory and cheaper than expected, but the company had provided me with a 1TB model out of good w...
