Refurbished MacBook M2 series

MacBook arrived in very discreet, well padded packaging. The product was graded excellent and it looks like it has just been taken out of its original packaging and then re packaged. No sign of it ever being used. I’m very happy. If i had of bought this being told it was brand new I would of believed it. It did arrive a day late but that is a fault of the courier not back market or the seller. Very happy!

when i was turning it on and off it was jammed and didn't work and i had to completely turn it off so it can work back. and i didn't get my refund yet.

This is the second refurbished product I have purchased from back market and I have not been disappointed. Recently upgraded my old apple to a MacBook Air 2020 and its great - in perfect condition, like new 😊 Would highly recommend this company. Great for the environment too not buying new!

Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

Je suis globalement content de mon achat mais malheureusement sur mes derniers achats Backmarkets il y a de plus en plus souvent un petit défaut gênant au quotidien. Il ne faudrait pas que la baisse de qualité du reconditionné nous fasse reposer la question de son intérêt par rapport au neuf. Sur le MacBook Pro que je viens d'acheter la touche "3" présente une petite résistance anormale qui fait qu'il faut parfois s'y reprendre à 2 fois. C'est plus ou moins gênant en fonction de la saisi. C'est le type de défaut pour lequel on ne va pas renvoyer le matériel mais qui tout de même vous accompagne tous les jours. Par pitié, mesdames et messieurs les reconditionneuses·· eurs vérifiez mieux le matériel avant de nous l'envoyer !

Ho acquistato Macbook pro in condizioni ottime, sembra veramente nuovo La spedizione è stata rapida, imballaggio accurato e istruzioni ottime. L’articolo ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, la batteria è duratura e anche il computer funziona velocemente, e senza alcun tipo di problema. Se avessi necessità in futuro, di prodotti informatici ricondizionati, sicuramente acquisterò sul vostro sito.

Après avoir été très satisfait de mon premier achat en reconditionné chez Back Market (un iPhone 13 Pro Max en parfait état), j’ai retenté l’affaire avec un MacBook Air M1 en très bon état. Et bien je ne suis pas déçu ! Non seulement il a coûté moins cher que l’iPhone (hallucinant les prix du neuf chez Apple) mais il est à mes yeux en parfait état. Superbe machine, hyper puissante pour le prix, connectée à un clavier, une souris, un écran 4k et 2 SSD externes grâce à un petit hub USB C à 18€, il remplace un gros PC sous Windows qui consommait 3 ou 4x plus d’électricité ! Également ravi d’avoir pu le trouver en qwerty. Pourquoi encore acheter du Apple neuf alors qu’il y a Back Market ?
