Unfortunately, I am very disappointed by this transaction. I bought a 90D with an 18-135 IS USM lens with the grade "Perfect Condition", only, when I received the parcel at home, I noticed that the mode dial was completely buggy, when I was on M, Av was selected, when I was on Av, Tv was selected, when I was on B, P was selected, when I was on C2, P was selected, in short, it made absolutely no sense, some modes were not even accessible. However, the parcel never arrived at its destination. I don't know whether this was the fault of the Chronopost driver, BackMarket or the seller, but the parcel was not delivered to the seller and was returned to my home address after a week in transit and waiting at a Chronopost branch. I then found myself a week later with the same package, the same camera, unrepaired. I applied for a refund, reprinted a label and sent the parcel back. This time, the parcel arrived at its destination and I was reimbursed. However, it took me almost 3 weeks to get to the end of the story. I'm very disappointed, this was my first purchase from BackMarket, and I don't think I'll be coming back.
On a positive note, despite the mode dial not having been checked, the product was in excellent condition and in line with its "Perfect Condition" grade. There were no scratches on the product, all the protective plastic was still present and it smelled like new.
