4eme achat chez backmarket suite à des problèmes différents rencontrés à chaque fois. je n'aurais pas du autant m'obstiner car j'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent et le service client ne m'a pas remboursée un produit défectueux seulement quelques semaines après l'achat, 1549€ à la poubelle. Ordinateur reçu avec un clavier non d’origine, la touche G ne fonctionne pas, deux jours plus tard pareil avec la touche j il faut l’enfoncer fortement pour qu’elle fonctionne. Énorme perte de temps du fait du retour de celui-ci, étant en cours de formation en distanciel ceci retarde fortement mon apprentissage et me permet pas de suivre correctement mes cours.
