    Ordinateur reçu avec un clavier non d’origine, la touche G ne fonctionne pas, deux jours plus tard pareil avec la touche j il faut l’enfoncer fortement pour qu’elle fonctionne. Énorme perte de temps du fait du retour de celui-ci, étant en cours de formation en distanciel ceci retarde fortement mon apprentissage et me permet pas de suivre correctement mes cours. Dans l’attente d’un échange ou réparation, je reste optimiste mais ne peux recommander les services de backmarket niveau confiance.

    4eme achat chez backmarket suite à des problèmes différents rencontrés à chaque fois. je n'aurais pas du autant m'obstiner car j'ai perdu beaucoup d'argent et le service client ne m'a pas remboursée un produit défectueux seulement quelques semaines après l'achat, 1549€ à la poubelle. Suis écœurée je déconseille.
