    The delivery was fast and the phone felt really good and clean but the issue I had was that I requested for a new battery for the phone but I hid bad quality instead in the first 12 hours of use my battery health had gone down to 91% I tried contacting the customer support but I wasn’t getting proper response, I might have to manage this battery for a while pending if I get a proper response while holding on to my warranty or I would have to get the battery replaced by a certified Apple service provider. The two screws at the bottom of the phone doesn’t look like they are the correct one or where fixed properly as the are not floss with the titanium frame o the device.

    Device itself in near perfect condition, cannot complain too much. Only small thing is that there is an inscription on the side in Chinese, very small but still noticeable and it is engraved into the side rail of the iPad. But my main issue was no box or original power cable. I was not aware of this and it is not mentioned on the website and is near impossible to find. I actually had to Google search if Back Market items are supposed to ship with their original boxes and peripherals, outside of the Back Market website to find the answer to this… and it found a result buried on the Back Market website itself. Turns out that no, not even the Premium Category items are guaranteed to ship with them. You might get lucky but alas I was not one of the lucky ones. This needs to be explained up front before you purchase. I stupidly assumed that as CEX here in Ireland require items to have all boxes, manuals and cables to meet their top tier Category A classification that Back Market would be the same. I should have checked this before purchasing. This means the resale value of the item will drop dramatically if you ever want to upgrade in the future. Disappointing

    Ordered it in ‘Excellent’ condition and to say the least the iPad looks and works like new. The only downside is the battery is a bit worn as it is at 85% but still lasts a full day so no complaints, one issue is with the charging block that came with the iPad overheats and might be a fire hazard. Overall a great product with fast shipping and I am very satisfied.
