the item received did not correspond to the item purchased. I received a MacBook that was much cheaper than the one I paid for. Even though I sent it back, it wasn't exchanged, but I still got my money back.

Fast service but problem when unpacking. Ordered a 2020 Mac book pro and when I opened it it was a 2018 Mac book pro, it was a gift so I just have to wait for the right version because I asked for a replacement to get the right version this time. I hope to receive the correct 🤞🏼. Otherwise top service.

Parcel took 15 days to arrive. No help from the seller despite my messages to Backmarket customer service about the delivery. In the end, the MacBook arrived in a simple cardboard box with no protection inside. Really just the MacBook thrown into a box like that. Obviously, it arrived completely scratched on top. I don't understand what's the point of packing a product that needs to be protected with such little care. What do they expect apart from sending products that will be damaged in transit? So I contacted BackMarket, reported the situation and sent the product back. I wouldn't recommend this seller at all.
