    Arrived in great condition with the correct keyboard, checked the bios & specs and they all match the listings. Travelling with it has been great as it weighs so little and easily fits into a standard backpack. It’s well able to multitask and handle the likes of CAD, web tabs & several Excel spreadsheets all at once which is what I was hoping to use it for during my studies in engineering. My only concern is the battery, as so far the longest I've used it for before it absolutely needs a charge is 4 hours, but this can be easily upgraded in the future if needs be. Overall my experience with the laptop has been excellent and for any student considering to buy refurbished or second hand I would absolutely recommend it!

I ordered the laptop as an excellent condition model with 16 GB memory and 256 GB ssd storage.
