    It is in fine condition, no defects. But because it was not properly reset for a new user, it was thus apparently set to time zone Los Angeles. With dire consequences, as my daughter's Apple id was taken over, but she couldn't download apps. In the end, her apple id was completely blocked . There was no way I could remove it. Couldn't delete her apple id either. Called Apple support, would have to create a new Apple id. But that wouldn't help either because I couldn't delete her account. Called in the help of an IT professional. He and his knowledge finally managed to unlock and delete the Apple id, but we were able to reset it completely. And now it works properly. So there is nothing wrong with the iPad itself, but how it was sold was really bad. If I hadn't known this ict -er I wouldn't have been able to use the iPad and it would have become an expensive bookmark
