    The laptop arrived with an institutional MDM lock from the previous owner (a university), which prevented personal setup. This type of lock can only be removed by the institution itself, and TechRefurb had to coordinate with them directly to resolve it. The laptop had to be returned for that purpose. The overall timeline was extended by shipping delays from DHL and UPS, not by the seller. TechRefurb resolved the issue the same day they received the laptop back and shipped it express. The hardware is excellent and matches the description perfectly. I recommend this seller for their professionalism and responsiveness in a complex situation.

    Easy ordering and fast delivery from Holland. Product almost as expected. It is indeed in perfect external condition with only a few traces of previous use. However, keys 4 and 5 have been replaced by keys where the digits are not at the same height and which do not have the additional signs (apostrophe and parenthesis). In addition, the bottom cursor key is partially broken and could have been changed. As for the rest, it works very well apart from some chaotic exits from deep sleep (ventilation at full speed and black screen). All in all, I'm pretty satisfied for the price.
