    I've returned a faulty iPhone and have received no response from either the seller or Back market customer care as to it's status. it arrived at the sellers ten days ago and I have no idea what is going on, apart from the thought that I've been scammed. There is no way of speaking to someone at Back market, you have to converse online, which they guarantee they will reply to within 24 hours. Complete rubbish, they just ignore you.

    I bought an iPhone 13 mini in "perfect condition" I actually received a phone that was visually in perfect condition, with a battery at 100% capacity (very pleasant surprise).     I am delighted, really, I highly recommend the reconditioner and Back Market! The phone was ordered on Friday evening and arrived on Tuesday morning. The packaging was perfect, cardboard box, bubble wrap, filmed phone box and foam interior. And above all: the phone is in perfect condition, no scratches either on the front or the back, the battery is 100% (if it's been changed it seems to be holding up as well as an original), the screen colours are fantastic, the quality of the photos seems to me to be intact, I was even able to have a bit of fun with the settings! I'll have to wait and see, but over a few days I've got nothing to complain about - quite the contrary!
