However, the PC had not been properly reset before dispatch: it was already set up, Microsoft Edge was still using an old profile, OneDrive was asking for the previous user’s login details, and Windows was still linked to the refurbisher’s account. I had to perform a full Windows reset to start with a clean installation. That’s a shame for a refurbished device. Despite this, the hardware is of good quality and I remain satisfied with my purchase.

    So far, so good and so functional. The only downside is that the description doesn't really say which "version" of the PLAY5 speaker it is. I already had a PLAY5 for the V1 version of SONOS and this one is also for the V1 version of SONOS (which is what I was looking for) but it's narrower so I think these are the first PLAY5s and mine was already a more advanced version and therefore a bit more powerful.
