    I understand the business of buying second hand phones is a saturated market and profit margins are low but when you use the cheapest screens to maximise profits then when your screen breaks after 1 week ( unresponsive ) you’re supposed to send back and wait 2 weeks without a phone! I got mine done personally at a cost of €160, BackMarket won’t refund you so my opinion is but a new phone , iPhone 14+ €500- new screen €160 for €750 I could have bought a new iPhone..lesson learnt ..don’t deal with dodgy second hand phones , Buy new !
