I understand the business of buying second hand phones is a saturated market and profit margins are low but when you use the cheapest screens to maximise profits then when your screen breaks after 1 week ( unresponsive ) you’re supposed to send back and wait 2 weeks without a phone! I got mine done personally at a cost of €160, BackMarket won’t refund you so my opinion is but a new phone , iPhone 14+ €500- new screen €160 for €750 I could have bought a new iPhone..lesson learnt ..don’t deal with dodgy second hand phones , Buy new !

The iphone arrived quickly and is in very good condition, with a few minor signs of use that are no longer visible once the protective cover has been installed. The phone came with a charging cable. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have been a Back Market customer for a long time and I will be buying other items as soon as I need them.

Received on time, well packaged, nothing to say about that. Battery 100% charged, good too. However, two big scratches on the screen, a bit too big to be in the "very good condition" category. And there are some defects in the screen touch. The controls, which are very close to the edges, don't work properly... In short, I'm a bit disappointed.

Top - nothing to say - perfect reception and use - only downside is that the battery is not original, but to be honest, everything's going well so far!

The item is in very good condition and perfectly functional. However, I would have appreciated it if I hadn't discovered for myself that the battery had been replaced by a generic one, resulting in a permanent "Part unknown" message being displayed in the device settings. This information should be included in the product description so that the buyer can make an informed choice. If this had been the case, I would not have bought this product.

Deplorable! After a delivery date that wasn't respected, status that wasn't updated, and a very complicated organisation to collect the parcel, my IPhone 14 Pro is finally in our hands. What a disappointment! I've been buying from Backmarket for years and I've noticed a huge deterioration in the service and products, and therefore in the partner sellers. I paid for a "very good condition" grade. The iPhone was delivered : - Late - On - Very Dirty - With several visible scratches - In an unsealed, soft, poorly protected and damaged mini-box Back Market offered me €50 compensation, or the return and refund of the device, or the return and replacement of the device. Back Market told me they were "sorry that the iPhone did not meet my expectations". Indeed, at this level of damage, it's bordering on theft. I've been waiting 48 hours for the Return and refund procedure. I was entitled to -5% on my next order. I won't be needing it.

It's the first time I've bought a refurbished mobile phone and I was a little afraid to tell the truth... Delivery took longer than advertised. Apart from that, I'm satisfied so far. Battery at 100%, new display or not it seems... A few marks on the side but the cover covers everything up. Cumps
