Device arrived perfectly packaged, it was my first order and I am delighted with it; no obvious scratches or marks, 100% battery despite the fact that I did not specifically ask for a new one; so what can I say it was a perfect and much appreciated gift

Honestly I had never ordered I took the iPhone 13 pro for the birthday of my boyfriend and really top well packaged it was just not charged when we received but otherwise top battery 100% nothing to say

The truth is that in the 2 weeks I've been using it, it works very well. It only has one fault, the compass doesn't work but I've read that it's a common problem, I suppose it will be fixed in an update. For the rest everything is perfect

I bought a mobile phone in excellent condition and I’ve got no complaints; no scratches or dents, it looks brand new. What’s disappointed and annoyed me—because I couldn’t use it—is the battery; it doesn’t last at all. It just doesn’t hold a charge. I’ve only used the phone to switch it on and fiddle about a bit because it’s my first time with iOS and I wanted to have a look to get used to it, but surprise, surprise, the battery doesn’t last, as if it were a phone that’s been used for years and years. It’s the first phone I’ve had with this problem, and I usually keep them for 6–7 years. It’s an iPhone with a refurbished warranty, and although it doesn’t have a new battery, it looked promising for daily use – but it’s impossible; I’ve only been in the settings, just so you understand. Desperate to ditch my current phone and use the one I bought, I took it to a technician (an official one, as I don’t want any more surprises) to have the battery replaced with a new one. It cost 100 euros. My advice if you’re buying a refurbished mobile is to get one with a new battery and as many original parts as possible. There’s no point in a ‘cheap’ product if you can’t use it for what you need it for – which is a necessity, not a luxury or just for show. Otherwise, I’m not complaining or saying that Back Market is a bad place to buy from; I just happened to get a burnt-out battery, it seems, haha.

Hello, I received the iPhone 14 in good condition, but I'm not happy with the delivery because the driver put the parcel on top of my letterbox. Anyone could have taken the parcel. Luckily I was there, I find that unacceptable.

In great condition, thank you very much! Very happy with the quality I'll have to wait and see in the long term, but I can't recommend it highly enough.
