The phone arrived on Wednesday. Delivery was on time. So far, everything seems to be fine – no problems. There are two very small scratches that aren’t immediately noticeable; in fact, I had to look closely at the phone to spot them. It works very well, there’s no lag, all the buttons work and the battery is excellent (I found it at 100% with 186 cycles), which, in my opinion, isn’t bad for a refurbished phone. And that’s it, I’m satisfied.

So far, it's working perfectly. I exchanged the first one because the battery didn't last even half a day, but the one they sent me back is working very well.

I received my iPhone 14, supposedly in very good condition, 128GB purple. The phone is grey-white. I received a phone broken in the corners. Camera outline filled with glue. The button holes on the side filled with grime, and yes, I don't mean dusty, but grimy. Scratches everywhere on the sides. I definitely ordered a purple phone in very good condition. This is the 2nd time I've been ripped off on Back Market. Reseller: Recover Srl Italia.

I received the wrong phone from this refurbisher!! I had ordered an iPhone 15 Plus in very good condition and I received an iPhone 14 Plus in very bad condition.

Everything was fine with the device, less so with the delivery by the GLS courier who literally threw the parcel. I suggest re-evaluating the delivery methods.

Battery from 87 dropped to 85 in less than one week with 1002 cycles and the camera is a bit damaged for 570 euros don’t recommend
