However, the level of reconditioning is disappointing: the glasses had not been reset, were still displaying user data from the previous owner and were not up to date at the time of receipt. The battery also had 57 charge cycles. Back Market customer service was courteous and responsive, but no commercial gesture was offered despite these factors. Areas for improvement: preparation and checking of products before dispatch.

The phone itself is fine, but I can't connect my bluetooth headset. I've tried again and again, disconnecting and reconnecting, resetting the headset, restarting the phone... after 1 minute it tells me Connected (without media)... Which doesn't help much. Especially as media is allowed. Apart from that I've had a bug too, one day it lost 60% in an hour on the bus when I hadn't even used it, not even for music (I'd used the old one). So I admit it's quite strange. Even today I haven't used it, it's in aeroplane mode, charging overnight, and I'm at 78% when I really haven't done anything on it. Apart from that the delivery went really well. If you have any explanations/solutions for these bugs, I'd love to hear them, because at the price it cost, I'd really like it to work.
