    This is the sixth iPhone I've ordered from BackMarket and so far I've never been disappointed. I'm surprised by the number of scratches and also by the apparent dirt that isn't there (surface wear) when the description mentions micro-scratches which for me are microscopic or fine marks. The addition of tempered glass has significantly improved the appearance, but a short but very clear scratch is still visible in the middle of the screen. I don't find your new description very informative about the actual condition of what we receive. It's become a bit of a lottery. Previously, the description described the actual condition of the product purchased.
