I did not press the charging port properly and an error message was given when I tried to charge and did not charge.     Unlike my first purchase on this site, the tablet arrived very well protected in its packaging with cushioning etc... but in a shoebox, which surprised me a lot at first and so I unpacked the order at a relay point just in case!
