    I had enormous difficulty configuring it because it didn't have a recent Android system. I don't know if it said so on the order, but in any case I was expecting a more recent system. By reconfiguring the phone in factory mode, I was finally able to set it up properly, but it's really not intuitive. When you're blocked by the Google Assistant that doesn't want to configure your account, and you have to go looking for tutorials to get round it, it's really not what you want from a purchase, even a refurbished one. Otherwise, after all these problems, the phone is fine.

    I'm switching from Apple to Android after almost 10 years... Big apprehension. I was fed up of breaking my iPhones, of having to spend a certain amount of money each time, even on refurbished ones, and always with a problem (touch id, battery...). I took the plunge, and it was either for a fairphone or a Crosscall... 200€ reconditioned, paying 80€ because of a special offer, so it's clearly worth it. Everything works well, the battery is top notch, then 16€ new change itself... so top notch. On the other hand, you really have to want to change your habits. Photos aren't possible for me with this phone, and neither is sound. But for a return to sms, phone, email and a few apps, it's top notch and I'm confident. (I've chosen not to go back to social networking on purpose) So it's really compatible, even if the phone can take on apps.

    "Perfect condition? I was expecting a device with no marks on it, but I received a device with scratches on both edges that had blown away the black colour. The back of the phone is fair, the reference label is barely legible as it is worn, as is the matte texture. There are a few visible scratches on the device. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed. If it had been in "fair condition", I'd have let it go, but in this case, I'd be lying about its condition!
