    I am happy with the choice. Quality/price I have a top device. It has a defect on the vibration that doesn't always work properly and when I notified support they immediately tried to help me. By my own choice I did not send the phone back because it is a bore to reconfigure it several times. From an aesthetic point of view it only has slight scratches on the display which have disappeared by applying tempered glass. In terms of performance it is very good, it heats up a lot but that is a problem with the model and not the refurbished phone itself. I definitely recommend buying a refurbished one and I trust Backmarket for their service. I am sure I will buy from them again in the future.

    Scam by this seller. The tablet is obsolete, the operating system has not been valid since 2023. Impossible to download applications. No support from the seller and the back market clears itself of the problem even though I sent it back when it was still under warranty. For a 384 euro tablet, I thought I'd have a customer service department that was more available and that would take care of my problem. I will no longer recommend this seller (OPTITEQUI) based in Spain, nor BACK MARKET! I now order from recommerce, who recondition their own equipment. Very disappointed.
