    I would like to give my opinion, despite having learnt the hard way that refurbished iphones are no longer waterproof in total immersion, I still received a product of exceptional quality. I ordered the device in "perfect condition" with the option of a new battery, and received it in perfect condition with no error messages for the battery and 100% capacity. Apart from a slight scratch on the frame (barely visible) this phone was of impeccable quality. For me it even deserved the "premium" grade because everything seemed to be original, or else the retailer used original Apple parts with their procedures to have no message of unknown parts. Received in 2 days from Finland. Really pleasantly surprised for a first experience of refurbished. But that turned out to be a cold shower during my second experience without going through backmarket, on a French site ... when I could recover my money I would backmarket again hoping to be as lucky as the 1st time.
