    Quite disappointed with the condition of the phone , lots of scratches to the screen and looks uncared for . Additionally, the phone wasn’t even cleaned before I received it and I ended up having to remove grime before use . I am aware that these are pre used but they still should be in good condition

    The iPhone 11 matches the advertised 'correct' condition, with some signs of wear and impact on the edges, but nothing bothersome. I chose to have the battery replaced with a new one, and the device works perfectly. Setup was seamless. It was well packaged and delivered with its cable. However, there were two small surprises: the screen has a privacy filter, which significantly reduces visibility when you're not looking at it straight on. Unless I'm mistaken, this detail wasn't mentioned in the description (or I didn't notice it). The charger is not provided, and the cable is USB-C on the charger side, whereas I mostly have classic USB outlets. So, you need to plan for a USB-C adapter, which is still inexpensive. Despite this, I am satisfied with my purchase and I recommend it!

    I've taken "fair condition" and there are only a few scratches on the back of the phone, which are hardly noticeable but which in no way prevent the device from working properly. If you don't like this, just get a case (which is necessary to protect the phone anyway). Works like new, lots of storage space, really handy compared to my old iPhone8 (having had a few owners before, it was getting old...). The photo quality is brilliant, but what really changes my life is the battery. With my old iPhone 8 (a very old model, but also old in terms of use) I had to charge it 2-3 times a day when I used it a lot. Now it loses its battery very little and lasts a day with long use without any problem! Note that I ordered an iPhone 11 in decent condition, but with a new battery. (which was even €3 cheaper, I think, so it doesn't make any difference to you). In short, it's perfect, affordable price for a recent and practical model. Long live reconditioning!
