    screen looks brand new only one micro scratch but I almost didnt peep that. about two weeks with the phone now very fast has the one ui 8.5 update and still gets the security patch. Although it is a korean base model it still works well but it was a bit difficult getting the korean apps to leave the phone so next time i would've liked it if it was a us base phone or eu base phone.

    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my purchase of an iPhone 15 Pro for nearly €800. At this price point for PREMIUM refurbished, one expects to receive a product that is almost flawless. The team was responsive, attentive, professional, and handled my case with great seriousness. In that regard, I have absolutely nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. My dissatisfaction therefore primarily concerns the refurbisher who prepared and shipped the device. I believe that more stringent quality control is essential, especially for high-end smartphones sold at such a price. I will continue to recommend Back Market for the quality of its customer service, but I will now be much more vigilant in choosing the refurbisher. At nearly €800, one is entitled to expect an experience commensurate with the price paid.
