First of all, it's not a bridge camera, but a hybrid, which is part of the OM-D E-M10 range. In fact, it's the second in this range.     The order and contact with the after-sales service was problem-free, responsive and efficient. On the other hand I had to return the equipment which was refunded. Because it was in very good condition, which was not the case. The computer worked perfectly, however, the casing, apart from the scratches, was deformed, with two impacts on the cover, a dent in the metal at the USB key, and a deformation at the joint between the lower and upper casing. The rubber seals protecting the shell were missing, and had been replaced by self-adhesive felt pads from chair legs. This is far from very good condition. It would have been necessary to have precise photos before ordering. But the return and refund were no problem. I remain confident.
