    I find the Google Pixel Pro 9 a bit disappointing – it has loads of pre-installed apps and complicated, unnecessary settings, whilst at the same time there are essential features that can’t be changed.     So, I first ordered one on the 23rd – there was a problem with the battery heating up and the phone was a US model – I sent it back and they refunded me. I thought, ‘To err is human’, so I ordered the S23+ again, and you know what? Ihad paid more for a new battery, but the phone was still from the US and the battery was rubbish. They just told me to send it back and they’d refund me. The problem is that I don’t have a phone anymore because I’m writing this on the S23 Plus and they won’t give me a loan, avoid them at all costs; what’s more, they don’t check the items they send – they’re just there to take your money!!!!!
