HI there, everything about the experience went very well and I was pleased with the service. The only problem which was a disappointment to me was delivery! Initially when I placed the order, March 30th, the estimated delivery on the screen showed Monday April 3rd. However the next day I received an email to say the actual delivery would be April 6th. I had ordered it for a friend from Ethiopia, and had someone travelling out on April 6th to visit, and who would bring the phone with him. I help my breath that the phone would arrive on Aril 6th directly to David's house, before he left for his flight. However it did not arrive on time for him to take it with him. It was disappointing for me as it was a gift, and a much needed item for my friend in Ethiopia. We are now trying to figure our another safe way of getting it to him. Thanks for requesting feedback. Perfect condition, works perfectly, I'm super happy, up to 1 year and 1 month. I can no longer use the USB-c port (charging and transferring information to PC, it's dead) because the phone thinks there's water in it. What could have caused this? Immersion in water? No. Fog, yes! The simple fact that the air was saturated with water destroyed my phone. Naturally, the warranty had expired (give or take 1 month). This is the second phone (the other was a different brand) from Backmarket that I've lost to water. Oh yes, the phone has an IP68 rating, so that shouldn't be a problem, especially after a year... So the question is, is it because Backmarket's reconditioning is slammed on the floor or is it just the phones, made by the brands, that are rubbish at this? I don't know. But now I'm going to try and buy a new phone from another brand (Appel) to see if they can make a phone that lasts longer than a year and a half. PS: I've given it 3/5 because I have no proof that it comes from refurbishing or from the manufacturers.

Please note that Backmarket does not provide information on the origin of products. The S20 Ultra smartphone I received is an American laptop that doesn't work properly on the French network. The reconditioners don't want it and BM is washing its hands of it. A file has been sent to FEVAD.
