    I bought a 256GB iPhone 16 Pro in Premium category. The aesthetic condition of the phone is excellent, practically like new. I found no visible marks and all the functions work properly. The screen is perfect, it retains True Tone and the cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons and Face ID all work without any problems. The phone arrived in a generic refurbished box, well protected, but without the original Apple box. Not a problem for me, but it's something to know before you buy. The least positive point was the battery. The device arrived with 92% health and 456 charge cycles. Although Back Market confirmed to me that it meets their standards for the Premium category (minimum 90%), I personally expected a better battery considering the price paid and the category chosen. The delivery experience was the worst of the whole purchase. DHL Express took the package out for delivery for several consecutive days and rescheduled it repeatedly without offering clear explanations. The phone finally arrived, but the process was frustrating and created a lot of uncertainty. Overall I am satisfied with the iPhone I received because the physical condition is excellent and the performance is flawless. My only real disappointment has been the health of the battery for a premium unit. If the battery had been closer to 100%, my rating would have been 5 stars.
