Upon delivery by the UPS courier, it could be seen that the box was additionally reinforced at the side and one corner with UPS adhesive tape; the packaging was even slightly torn there and a corner dented. Thanks to careful packing, the device arrived completely undamaged - top job! Communication and follow-up from Back Market were pleasant and involved. The IZ FIX supplier deserves a big shout-out for the professional packing, fast service and smooth delivery. This inspires confidence and shows that real care is taken. Back Market is very serious, as is the seller who sold me the machine, and it was well packaged! For an old Mac from 2017, it's still got a lot going for it, it's a shame it's running Catalina and not Ventura, I have to update it manually, but there are two Ventura partitions, so I'm a bit confused as it boots under Catalina. In any case, I'm amazed at the quality of the Retina image. I'm going to do a Clean install and or merge the Ventura partitions under Catalina and restart the Ventura update directly via the Mac settings.
