    I'm astonished! I could never have afforded this phone at the new price and so found myself looking at the used/refurbished option. Once in that position, I obviously went for the best I could afford, which was the "excellent" condition. The description for "excellent" leads you to believe that it will have some kind of marks from use on the frame and screen. I didn't find this to be the case at all. It arrived in perfect condition, absolutely unmarked. In fact, if you'd told me it was brand new, I could easily have believed you. There was, of course, the usual guff you have to go through when setting up a "new" phone but now that it's done, it's great. It's a gorgeous phone and it works perfectly. I'm a couple of weeks in now and the battery life is great so far. It also operates nice and fast. No lagging here at all. Big thanks to the seller and also to Backmarket. I would definitely recommend both and would also use both again in the future.

    Almost new phone, it was a total success... I had my doubts when I received it without the box and ran the 3uTools diagnostic program, which showed a maximum temperature of 55º... but after the initial scare, it indicated a new 100% original battery and the rest almost new, only 6 months of use and completely new inside and out. It's assumed they left it in the sun or in a car one day, and replaced the battery with another original one due to some fault. It wasn't cheap for such an old model, but I could never have found the best iPhone ever made by Apple, in my opinion, in these conditions. A total success to have chosen the Premium.
