    I bought a Xiaomi Poco F5 Pro from Backmarket. The purchase and processing went really well. It even came with the original power supply although this was explicitly excluded in the description. However, when the mobile phone arrived (shipping was super fast) I was shocked by its condition. The mobile phone still had the original cover and was covered in fingerprints and dirt. There was a long scratch on the display. On closer inspection, however, I saw that there was a screen protector on the mobile phone. I then removed this film and the used cover and gave the poco a thorough clean and lo and behold: the mobile phone was absolutely as good as new without any scratches or blemishes. Top! I found it a pity that the mobile phone was not set to factory settings, but "only" reset. Accordingly, the language was in French. That would be better. If I buy a used product, then it can be cleaned and set to factory settings; that's what I expect as a buyer. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the product and would buy from Backmarket again at any time.
