    I've tried to buy a phone on the back market on two occasions, and both experiences were catastrophic. I will only mention the XIAOMI. 1/ I received the parcel on Monday when I was supposed to receive it on Thursday. (not a big deal in itself, but still). 2/ When I unpacked the phone I noticed that the screen was already scratched as if it had been rubbed on the floor. 3/ The phone takes almost 3 hours to charge (with both 65W and 25W chargers). 4/ Setting off at 5pm with 100% battery and normal use (a bit of video, a bit of music, a bit of RS) I find myself at 20% at 9pm, which is 4h/5h of autonomy. In short, it was the last time I went to Backmarket, I took advantage of an offer on Amazon for a new phone, and I'll see about reconditioning next time, certainly not at Backmarket.
